All of the artwork has been mixed up and scrambled. Album artwork now does NOT match the correct album. Yet, I found ways to make it work for me over the years. Now, however, things are getting worse with this software. I may have to get a Samsung as my next phone to avoid this hassle.
Very bad company decisions! Very disappointing! After the latest update I cannot download videos in any higher resolution than x ! This app is basically the same one you can download from Apple's website. It works fine with my download apps with itunes and iPad, download apps with itunes, and is easy enough to use. However the app is a bit clunky and feels outdated. The load times can be slow and more often download apps with itunes not it fails to launch on the first try.
It really shouldn't take 10 steps to do a simple thing, Apple. It's buggy, slow, ugly What else can I say? Oh, yeah; I can't even get the program to install! I tried to close the app and could never get it to open back up!!!!! I deleted and downloaded again and the same problem occurred!!!! I have only been using this app for about a week now.
I have it installed on my laptop with Windows 10 Pro x I am not sure what all of the complaints are about so far. I am only using it for my Apple Music subscription atm, download apps with itunes.
