I sincerely hope you are still working on it or have some kind of advice for me as to how i can solve the problem, or at least find a loophole. I'm loving your work and can't wait for your next releases, but I need my total war fix in the meantime.
January The way I found to fix this was to run steam as administrator and update the client, steam subscribed mods wont download. Once the update is completed everything should work fine.

I have tried verifying the game cache and making sure all mods are gone from the game, but still they won't download/update even given hours.
